What a psycho/moron.

I am not going to dive off into some wild theory (yet), but I am a little unsure about how you are bird hunting and then you shoot someone in the face???

I have never been bird hunting, but i have experience with guns and I have blasted my share of rabbits (try hitting a hare on the run with a .22 bullet) and I have never shot anyone.

How do you shoot at something in the air (even at a low altitude) and hit someone in the face?

That dude should get some New York lawyers and a bad attitude.
